I enjoy interpreting at international events hosted by companies themselves. I love the babble of voices of the participants with their different languages. It is helpful for every interpreter to have a headset “on their ears” for the successful transmission of the speeches and not to have to rely on the voice strength of the speakers – even if they are equipped with a microphone. An ever-present background noise can quickly “swallow” some sentences. The finale in the gourmet restaurant “5” in Stuttgart’s Bolzstraße was very well received by all present.
